Ya, don't worry about going through these posts. I'd much rather have an update on your research. I'm nearly done a 12 page quick write up, which outlines this method much more clearly than the posts here. It's a little trickier than I originally thought; but it does give an implicit solution. I think I can make it into a differential equation too, so that we can construct the solution--using PDE theory. I'm having a bit of trouble with this, but I'm nearly there.
