Iteration-exercises: article on Bell-numbers

Hi,

I just compiled the linked article on Bell-numbers for the OEIS-seqfan-community (and for myself,...)

It is an "aside-exercise" touching the iteration-theme with Stirling-numbers 2'nd kind; for our forum it may be interesting since it gives another view into the commons of my matrix-lingo.
