\Ueta Should be Added to This Forum's LaTeX.

There should be a \ueta command for an upside-down eta symbol to represent e^-e.
Quote:But in a paper that would work great (make quick \ueta command).
That quote is from JmsNxn in the thread Tetration Asymptotic Series.
Please remember to stay hydrated.

DO NOT USE MIMITEX with the [--] brackets

Code:
[tex] [/tex]

Read this thread HERE

And I invite you to typer your math enclosing your expressions with the symbols

Code:
\( insert\, here\, you\, math\)
\( insert\, here\, you\, math\)

Or if you want to center it use

Code:
$$insert\, here\, you\, math$$
\[ insert\, here\, you\, math\]

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THIS IN COMBO WITH THE ONLINE TOOL DETEXIFY

Here some examples

Quote:\( \aleph\beth\gimel\daleth \)

\( \alpha \beta \gamma \delta \epsilon \varepsilon \zeta \theta \vartheta \iota \kappa \lambda \mu \nu \xi \pi \varpi \rho \sigma \varsigma \tau \upsilon \phi \varphi \chi \psi \omega \)

\[\prod_{a=0}^\infty\quad \quad  \coprod_{j\in J}\quad \quad  \sum_{i\in I}\quad \quad  \lim_{h \to 0^+}\]

On this forum, some of the Hebrew letters do not show up in MimeTeX.
\( \aleph\beth\gimel \)

Catullus, I notice you have been making a number of suggestions on how to improve the Tetration Forum. While the suggestions are good as a whole, unfortunately it is much easier to come up with ideas then doing the work to implement them. Our current focus is ensuring that the Tetration Forum continues to exist independently of any one person. I do have a learning tool, I have a phpBB installation at http://forum.tetration.org I could give you rights to so you could try implementing some of your ideas. Smile

You have MimeTeX in your signature.

I hate to say this, but I strongly this dislike that attitude of yours. You are mostly acting like a troll or something.

Half of the things you say make little sense tbh, I've just suggested you, if you have any problem with typing math, to adapt to the forum standard. I say it again:
you have problems typing math? Just use the mathjax that was recently installed on this forum, stop using mimetex and other solutions since mathjax does everything you'll ever need typing math, and it will do it way better than mimetex and better than all the other solutions you might find and you are using right now (in fact many of your posts scores very badly in readability, and I say it as someone trained in typography).
To be more precise, I can understand if you object to the use of latex for some reason (not enough time, u don't feel it comfortable for you or you are a text guy), but I personally find a waste of time and almost spammy if you keep posting about little useless details about resolution, sharp bilinear, the lack of some symbols and functionality of the forum and dumb comments on my signature... a solution to your math typing problems was given to you, if you don't like it then, as someone did, I invite you to propose yourself for the implementations of new functionalities.

ps: What the heck of answer is that about my signature? This is a very stupid comment: if you look on the forum 90% of the posts, including my posts are written using mimetex, so your commentary makes little sense.
