Are there any reputable sources that officially reference terms like "super root" or "super square root" or "super logarithm" and terms like that?

Wikipedia's article on tetration somehow literally does not cite any source for using those terms, and wikipedia itself is not an outlet to publish new content, it is not a reputable mathematical source.
