The "cheta" function

You are probably wondering what the point of all this has been. Well, my interest in the cheta function began with the base-change formula, but another area of interest for me is the problem of parabolic iteration at the fixed point for exponentiation in base eta.

I will begin to examine both problems at various times, and I may branch this out into multiple threads as I get results that I want to focus on.
