Hey, Bo, have you thought of filling the white space to the right with more math. I'm no graphic designer. But What if you took a zoom in on one of the petals; and wrote a legend for each colour. Just to fill the white space to the right?
All that white space is a garden that needs to be filled with Leau Petals!

Actually I thought about the opposite, to move the "About", "Tetration Wiki", "Search", ... line one up.
So that it would be to the right of the logo.
But really, if you have nice graphics, I would include it in/beside the logo.
For example the lettering "Tetration Forum" was designed by andydude long time ago.
The Leau-Fatou flower is anyways considered to be temporary - its somehow too big for a proper fit (if you size it down too much it would become muffled). And also it is only *one* aspect of Tetration.
So one could have a "logo addendum" that could change every some month - or one could have a gallery to the right of the logo.
Depends a bit on the amount of material people would suggest.

Reminds me of the same discussion in the OEIS. They had a couple of ideas, some people were illustrating a cool series, other proposed styling the "OEIS" in font or add some nice accessoires; as far as I see they have an automatic process which changes now the logo over weeks or monthes or so. Not a bad idea!
