What languages does everyone speak here? - JmsNxn - 06/18/2022
I thought it'd be interesting to ask this question on this English forum. Despite being an English forum, I only know of Sheldon as a native speaker.
I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada--and so English is my native language. But I also did what's known as "French Immersion" program as a kid. So from 5 - 18 years old I had about half of my classes in French. I'm not the best at French, but I do speak French.
Especially since most of you guys appear to be European, I'm curious to know what languages you speak.
I thought this would be an easy community post.

Me: German.
My english is not skilled and no systematic learning after school has been done; just speaking/learning-by-doing on traveling, sometimes books and in the internet fora. Recently I observed that the general functionality of my "language-module" is becoming slower: following a talk becomes difficult, so our last zoom-meeting was already very difficult to follow, the intervals where "interpolation of the heard" is needed increase...

I am moderately autistic, so I'm just glad to have some ability with English. I figure I have worked with over one hundred different computer languages.
